Nice service throughout my stay. Impressive & stunning room with a mini bar, climate control, and an individual safe. Great and lovely location in the great area, really close to the Maria's restaurant and beach and restaurant.

The hotel is clean and the room is well-designed and reasonably large. It has particularly good location, very close to main touristic attractions in Cancún, a good tattoo shop, and the "special restaurants``. Also, the property is located 1 mile away from Interactive Aquarium. Casual restaurant has great food choices.

We really enjoyed the hotel, particularly good and the best breakfast.
The staff were superbly friendly; we had a smooth check-in. The location was favourable and beautiful, for example, La Isla Shopping Village was relatively close to the hotel.

Everything was exceptional, including amazingly great staff from the waiters at the restaurants. The breakfast was the best and great and had a wide range of options. The hotel was in an incredible location close enough to airport and stunning beaches with beautiful blue water as well as Flamingo Mall. I ate at Limoncello that is 300 metres away and wasn't disappointed.
Views appeared to be bad.

There is an excellent casual restaurant apart from the buffet.

The hotel was fairly clean and had extremely great staff from the waiters at the restaurants. The location was marvellous because it was close to Gaviotas restaurant, slide area for the younger guests, and the gift shop.
The breakfast was okay, I think it could be better.

All in all everything was good, had a such great stay on vacation. The room was luxurious and spotless with a shower and hairdryers in the private bathroom. Garden view was awesome.

Liked Cancun, the hotel was stunningly beautiful and quiet directly on the beach. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a lounge and it's own balcony. I only stayed 3 nights, but the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me. The casual restaurant for dinner was the best part. I have stayed here before now and would return there.

The location is marvellous, just next door to that restaurant and Cancun and other parts of Mexico and shops, you cannot beat it. Plus, it is set 1 mile from La Isla Shopping Village.
